About Us We focus on ladies fashion, including tops, bottoms,dresses, jackets, sweaters/knitwear. Starry was started in 2008 as a family-own garment factory to help and serve independent fashion brands and e-commerce retailers. In 2018, we set up our own foreign trade department.

Now we grow up to 50 employees in the factory. In 2022, we get our own BSCI certification to keep our pace with our customers. We handle the whole supply chain process from designing, creating tech packs, sourcing fabrics and trims, create samples, bulk apparel production, packaging, quality control as well as arranging the delivery of the products for our overseas customers.

Make Samples Finalize your design and fabrics, make the pattern, cut the sample fabric, stitch the sample. We fit the sample on the mannequin before delivering to you.
