We have one pattern maker and two sample makers.

We are specialized in woven, knit, jersery, sweaters and activewear.

Yes, we have BSCI certificate. We care about our workers as well as we focus on better serving our overseas customers.

Q11What is your lead time for orders?

A11:

For a new customer we need 40-45days for production after PP samples confirmed and deposit well received.
Because for new customer' orders, we need some more time to work smoothy with them at the beginning.

Q12What is your sample lead time?

A12:

Usually 5-7days if sample fabric available.

Q13Are there any famous customers that you work with?

A13:

Yes, we sell garments to Zalando and ASOS.
We also sell to some ecommerce retailers, but for business ethics, we cannot tell.

No, we usually produce orders.

Q15Do you do inspection before shipping?

Yes, we have three rounds of inspections, from preliminary, inline to final inspection.

Q16Which do you think is more important, quality assurance or quality check?

A16:

Quality assurance is much more important. Skilled workers are trained to make different qualities of garments, medium quality and high quality. They are the assurance of quality even the production does not start yet.
Quality check is to find problems that already are done.
What factory can do is to repair. But it is also vital. We cannot assure there is no problem during production but once it does happen. We can still take the precautions to save the clothing.

Q17What if our goods are lost during the shipment?

A17:

First, we will advise you to buy the goods insurance before shipping to avoid loss.
Second, we will send you goods receipt proof by the forwarder.
Third, we will help you to check which side is causing such loss and ask claims.
